The values that form our foundation are: * Radical customer centricity * Ownership-driven culture * Keeping everything simple * Long-term thinking * Complete transparency   About the Role   We’re looking for a YouTube & Content Intern to manage and grow the YouTube presence.   Key Responsibilities * Manage day-to-day YouTube channel operations, including publishing and content scheduling. * Research guests and topics for upcoming episodes. * Coordinate with editors and designers on video edits, thumbnails, and post-production. * Review videos, share edit notes, and identify highlights and timestamps for Shorts/clips. * Manage YouTube SEO and optimize content based on performance. * Create supporting carousel and social media content. * Publish content across YouTube, Instagram, and Medium. Ideal Candidate * Strong interest in YouTube, content, and digital media. * Good understanding of YouTube SEO and content performance. * Strong communication and coordination skills. * Detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple content pieces.
