We aim to make routine interactions simple and self-service while ensuring that work requiring judgment or care reaches the right person with the right context. Our products connect data, knowledge, workflows, and systems that span the employee experience. We are building toward a future in which employees and managers can get accurate answers and complete common tasks without navigating fragmented tools, while People teams can spend more time on the work that benefits most from WHAT YOU’LL DO You will own products that make it easier for employees to get accurate guidance and complete common People-related tasks, while helping People team focus their expertise on work that requires judgment and care.
