ABOUT YOU * 2+ years of experience working within large, well-maintained codebases * Experience operating backend services in production, including writing operational tooling, setting up monitoring/alerts, and resolving live operational incidents. * Possesses familiarity with modern containerized environments, cloud infrastructure, and microservice architectures. * Knowledge around working with relational and/or non-relational storage systems, real-time data streaming, or caching layers is a plus. * Communicates clearly and collaboratively with engineers and other cross-functional teams. * Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.
