Clueso is the agentic video creation platform for every team. Marketing, customer education, L&D, sales enablement, product and IT teams use Clueso to create, edit, localize and maintain their videos 10x faster. 1000+ fast-growing startups and large enterprises already use Clueso, including Atlassian, Zendesk, GitLab, Samsara, Seismic, Gainsight, Smartsheet and Nielsen. We're rated 4.9/5 on G2 and have bagged the Product of the month award twice on Product Hunt. We’re hiring a Performance Marketer to build and scale Clueso’s paid acquisition engine. Your main KPI is booking enterprise demos. Because Clueso is also product-led, you’ll run campaigns that drive self-serve trial signups too. You’ll own channel strategy, experimentation, budgets and results end to end. WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON - Drive enterprise demos: Plan, launch and optimize campaigns on LinkedIn, Google and Meta aimed at our ICP and buyer personas. - Grow trial signups: Run PLG campaigns that bring in high-intent self-serve users who convert to paid. - Own the budget: Allocate spend across channels, manage pacing, and report on CAC, cost per demo, pipeline and ROAS. - Test relentlessly: Run structured experiments on audiences, creatives, offers and landing pages. - Fix the funnel: Set up and maintain tracking, attribution and conversion events (GA4, ad pixels, HubSpot/CRM) - Work across teams: Partner with sales and marketing on lead quality, and with design and content on ad creative and landing pages. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - 3+ years in performance marketing. - Must have: Experience running paid campaigns for a B2B SaaS or AI company, not only consumer apps or products. - Hands-on experience with at least two of LinkedIn, Google and Meta Ads, with results you can point to. - Experience managing a monthly budget of $50K+ end to end, and reporting on pipeline, not just clicks. - Strong with data: comfortable in spreadsheets, ad dashboards and analytics tools. - Able to write and iterate on ad copy, or brief creatives sharply. - You’ve run campaigns targeting enterprise or mid-market buyers in the US and Europe. - Experience with both sales-led (demo) and product-led (trial) funnels. WHY JOIN CLUESO? - Own paid growth: Run paid acquisition at an AI company that thousands of startups and enterprises already use. - Real budget, real ownership: A direct line from your campaigns to pipeline and revenue. - Build the growth team: Work closely with the founders and help shape the growth team as it scales. - Proven traction: 1,000+ paying customers, from fast-growing startups to enterprises like Atlassian, Zendesk, GitLab, PhonePe, Seismic and Gainsight, and growing fast. - Loved product: #1 Product of the Week on Product Hunt twice, 4.9/5 on G2, and fast-growing adoption among enterprise teams. - Tight-knit, top-tier team: Founded by IIT Madras alumni Akash Anand https://www.linkedin.com/in/theakashanand/, Prajwal Prakash https://www.linkedin.com/in/prajwalprakash2000/ and Neel Balar https://www.linkedin.com/in/neelbalar7/. Raised $10M Series A, backed by Y Combinator. You’ll work with a group of very high-performing and driven people, each with a track record of excellence. - Catered meals: Lunch, snacks and dinner on every working day. - Epic offsites: Our last two offsites were in Bali and Vietnam, and many team members called our last offsite the best trip of their lives. If you’re curious, data-driven, and excited to own the numbers that fill our sales pipeline, we’d love to hear from you!
