Required Skills and Experience: * 5+ years of Product Management experience shipping consumer or prosumer financial products at scale, including at least one lending, credit, or collateralized product (e.g., margin, secured loans, DeFi borrowing). * Demonstrated ability to define and drive multi-quarter strategy, translate it into roadmaps and experiments, and deliver measurable results against growth and portfolio-health goals. * Familiarity with onchain concepts, smart contracts, and DeFi lending protocols (e.g., Morpho, Aave, Compound) sufficient to partner effectively with engineers on integrations and loan workflows. * Proven track record of using quantitative analysis (funnels, cohort behavior, risk/return tradeoffs) to inform product decisions and simplify complex financial concepts into clear, trustworthy consumer experiences. * Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.   Pay Transparency Notice: Base salary varies by location (see range below).
