Who You Are: * You have 2–3 years of office operations, facilities, workplace, reception, administrative, or related experience, with experience supporting day-to-day facilities needs. * You communicate clearly and professionally in English and have entry-level Dutch language skills. * You are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of facilities issues, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and following operational issues through resolution. * You build positive relationships and provide thoughtful customer service while working effectively with employees, building management, security, and external vendors. * You take initiative, solve problems resourcefully, and are comfortable taking a hands-on approach to workplace and facilities needs. * You are able to work in the office five days per week, participate in scheduled after-hours events, and meet the role’s required response expectations for urgent on-site workplace or facilities situations outside regular office hours.
