WE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE: * 5+ years of experience in product or technology partnerships, business development, ecosystem management, or strategic partner management, with a track record of driving multifaceted partnerships from strategy through execution. Experience working in AI or strong familiarity with the AI model landscape preferred. * A history of leading end-to-end deals, including developing the business case, aligning stakeholders, negotiating terms, and executing agreements while balancing the needs of Figma, our partners, and our users. * Experience working with Product, Engineering, Research, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Finance, and other internal teams around technical concepts including APIs, MCP, extensibility platforms, and AI model integrations. * Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills. * Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills, along with the strategic judgment, curiosity, and initiative allowing you to thrive in a fast-moving and ambiguous environment. WHILE NOT REQUIRED, IT’S AN ADDED PLUS IF YOU ALSO HAVE: * Direct experience managing partnerships with AI model providers, frontier AI companies, or open-weight model ecosystems. * Experience coordinating early access programs or product and technical evaluations with AI providers.
