WHO WE ARE Mindtickle is the leading AI-powered revenue enablement platform, helping sales teams learn faster, practice smarter, and perform at their best. We bring together onboarding, training, coaching, content, digital sales rooms, conversation intelligence, and AI role-plays into one platform so revenue teams have everything they need to build winning sellers. Global companies, like Fortune 500 organizations, trust Mindtickle to support their revenue teams. Customers and industry analysts have also recognized us. G2 has ranked us the #1 Sales Training & Onboarding platform for 28 consecutive quarters, and Forrester has recognized Mindtickle as a Leader in revenue enablement. Mindtickle was also recognized as AI-Based Sales Solution of the Year by the 2025 AI Breakthrough Awards and has received Stevie Awards for Technology Innovation and Customer Support Excellence. At Mindtickle, we're helping companies create high-performing revenue teams, and we're looking for people who want to help shape what's next. THE OPPORTUNITY Every account we have today started as a name on somebody's list. We're looking for an Account Executive to go find the next wave - hunting, qualifying, and closing net-new business across a defined NAMER territory, from first cold outreach to signed contract. You'll carry the number for new-logo bookings, with direct access to leadership whenever a deal needs a push - it's a founder-led sales cycle, so when you ask, senior leadership jumps in. The upside matches the hunt: commissions are uncapped, plus a cut of deal revenue on top. And you'll do it all while selling and training on Mindtickle's own world-class revenue enablement platform, putting you at the forefront of the sales revolution you're helping build. WHAT YOU'LL DRIVE * Own quota attainment for net-new logo bookings - every deal you close is a brand-new customer, not a renewal. * Build and run your own outbound pipeline - prospect, cold call, and break into net-new accounts instead of waiting for leads to land in your lap. * Qualify fast and disqualify faster - spend your time on deals that can actually close, not ones that just feel good to work. * Run full-cycle deals from first conversation to signature - discovery, demo, business case, negotiation, close. * Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying committees with persuasion, resilience, and hustle - new logos rarely have a single decision-maker. * Build the business case and ROI story that turns a skeptical buyer into a champion and wins executive sign-off. * Keep forecasts accurate and CRM data clean enough that leadership can trust the numbers, not just hope for it. * Partner across SDR, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Product to turn territory and market insight into pipeline. WHAT YOU BRING * CXO-level communication - you can win an economic buyer's attention and trust before they've ever heard of us. * A proven ability to navigate complex deals and internal dynamics - multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, no single decision-maker. * Persistent and driven - a stalled deal or a “not interested” doesn't end your pursuit, it just changes your next move. * A track record of building and closing net-new pipeline in quota-carrying SaaS or software sales, from first touch to signature. * Comfortable prospecting into cold accounts - you don't wait for a warm intro to start the conversation. * Experience owning an annual quota of at least $500K in new-business bookings, with the discipline to hit it consistently. * Familiarity with structured outbound or account-based prospecting methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC, Sandler, Challenger) would be an advantage. Nice to Have * Experience selling into revenue enablement, sales tech, or L&D/EdTech is a plus. * Prior President's Club or similar recognition for quota overachievement is nice to have. HOW YOU'LL WORK WITH AI At Mindtickle, AI is a collaborator, not just a tool. We expect every team member to actively use AI to move faster and think bigger. * Use Mindtickle's own AI-powered platform - conversation intelligence, AI role-plays, and deal execution tools - to prep, coach yourself, and run a sharper sales cycle. * Lean on AI to research and prioritize target accounts, turning a cold list into a ranked, personalized outbound sequence. * Feed AI-assisted analysis into your forecasting so your CRM hygiene holds up and your number is one leadership can trust. WHAT WE OFFER * One of the best commission plans in the industry - uncapped commissions plus a percentage of deal revenue, so your upside scales with your number, not against it. * Founder-led sales cycle - our co-founders work from the office and jump in directly when a deal needs a push, giving you real face time and full support in the room. * Sell and train on Mindtickle's own world-class revenue enablement platform - you'll be at the forefront of the sales revolution you're helping build. * Flexible hybrid work - we care about output * Unlimited paid time off, plus company holidays and all statutory leave entitlements * Comprehensive health coverage for you and your family * Wellness support - physical and mental health programmes * Learning & development access, including Mindtickle's own platform If based in our India offices (Pune / Bangalore): * Fresh meals from our live kitchen - breakfast, lunch, and dinner covered * Unlimited tea, coffee, snacks, and beverages throughout the day * Spaces to focus, collaborate, or decompress between sessions * We mark the moments that matter - birthdays, work anniversaries, and the wins worth celebrating OUR CULTURE & VALUES We hire builders, people who move fast, learn from failure, and use AI as a default part of how they work.
