All open roles GTM and Revenue GROWTH ASSOCIATE (CONTENT & COMMUNITY) On-site, Bengaluru Full-time 2 to 3+ years Apply on the form ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Growth Associate to own RevRag AI's brand presence across social media, video, podcasts, and events. You will be a confident, on-camera creator and marketer who can host and produce content, build our social channels, and represent RevRag AI in front of the market. This is a hands-on, front-of-camera role, not a behind-the-scenes-only one. You will be one of the faces and voices of the brand in a hard, regulated, high-trust BFSI market, working closely with the Founder's Office and growth team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Own and grow RevRag AI's social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and X, for both the company and founder branding. * Plan, host, and produce the podcast end to end: guest research and outreach, scripting, recording, clips, and distribution. * Create promotional and product videos: shoot, present on camera, and coordinate editing into polished, on-brand content. * Represent RevRag AI at events, conferences, and meetups: on-ground content, networking, and brand visibility. * Build and run a content calendar and ship consistently across formats (reels, shorts, posts, newsletters, case studies). * Write crisp copy and scripts tailored to BFSI decision-makers, where generic AI content does not land. * Track content performance and double down on what drives reach, engagement, and inbound interest. * Partner with founders, growth, and product to turn launches and milestones into campaigns. EXPERIENCE * 2 to 3+ years in social media marketing, content creation, creator or influencer marketing, or brand marketing. * Demonstrated track record of growing social channels or a personal or brand following. * Hands-on experience hosting or producing video and podcast content. * Comfortable being on camera and representing a brand publicly. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES * Confident on-camera presence and strong verbal communication. * Sharp writing and storytelling. * Video creation and editing familiarity (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, or similar). * Social platform fluency (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X) and a feel for trends and formats. * A self-starter with strong ownership, organisation, and follow-through. * Fluent English and Hindi. BONUS POINTS Experience with any of the following will be highly valued: * An existing audience or personal brand on social media. * Creating content for B2B, SaaS, or fintech and BFSI audiences. * Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, or similar). * Exposure to paid social, SEO, or Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
