All open roles GTM and Revenue ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (BFSI) On-site, Bengaluru Full-time 3+ years 2 openings Applications opening soon ABOUT THE ROLE You own deals end to end, from qualified opportunity to signed contract. You'll run discovery, build the business case, navigate IT, InfoSec, compliance, and procurement across Indian banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and insurers, and close. This is a full-cycle, quota-carrying closing role. Pipeline comes from our SDRs and from your own network; the best AEs here do both. You'll be the commercial owner of some of our most important BFSI accounts, working shoulder to shoulder with founders, product, and Forward Deployed Engineering to turn complex enterprise problems into signed, referenceable deployments. You'll sell a category that is being created right now: production-grade Voice and In-App AI Agents for BFSI, with a direct line to the founders and no layers in between. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Own the full sales cycle from qualified opportunity to close, carrying a revenue quota. * Run deep technical and business discovery with Product Heads, CXOs, and VP-level stakeholders; diagnose before you pitch. * Build and present compelling business cases and ROI narratives tailored to each BFSI buyer. * Build multi-threaded relationships across the account; no single-champion deals. * Drive POCs and pilots to a commercial outcome, partnering closely with our Forward Deployed Engineering team. * Navigate BFSI procurement end to end: InfoSec reviews, vendor onboarding, legal and MSA, security questionnaires, and compliance. * Negotiate commercials, pricing, and contract terms to close. * Build and defend an accurate forecast, and keep CRM clean enough to run the business off. * Partner with SDRs on target accounts and self-source pipeline where it makes sense. * Expand existing accounts: surface new use cases, business units, and upsell or cross-sell opportunities. * Feed the market back to product and founders: objections, competitors, and what is landing. * Represent RevRag AI at customer meetings, executive briefings, and industry events. EXPERIENCE * 3+ years closing B2B enterprise deals in India, full-cycle and quota-carrying. * Experience closing meaningful enterprise deals with multi-month sales cycles. * Demonstrated history of consistently hitting or exceeding quota. * Experience selling into the BFSI domain (Indian banks, NBFCs, fintechs, or insurers). We are specifically looking for people from the BFSI space. * Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise procurement. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES * Strong discovery and qualification instincts (MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, SPICED, or similar). * Executive presence and credibility with CXO and VP-level stakeholders. * Sharp business-case and ROI storytelling; you translate technical capability into commercial value. * Confident negotiator across pricing, legal, and security. * Disciplined pipeline and forecast management with CRM hygiene (HubSpot or Salesforce). * Fluent English and Hindi. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR You're a great fit if you: * Own outcomes, not activity, and treat quota as a floor. * Diagnose before you pitch and can sit in ambiguity with a senior buyer. * Build trust fast with technical and business stakeholders alike. * Are relentless through long, security-heavy BFSI procurement cycles. * Thrive in a fast-moving, no-playbook startup and build the playbook as you go. * Care about customer success and long-term outcomes, not just the signature. SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE You'll be successful if you: * Hit or beat quota after ramp, while keeping forecast accuracy high. * Move flagship BFSI accounts from first meeting to signed contract. * Build durable, multi-threaded champions inside each account. * Convert pilots into expanding, revenue-generating deployments. * Become the trusted commercial partner your customers call first. BONUS POINTS Experience with any of the following will be highly valued: * Selling enterprise AI, Voice AI, or automation solutions to Indian BFSI. * Existing relationships with BFSI decision-makers. * Early-stage or founding sales experience (0 to 1 or 1 to 10). * Exposure to security-heavy, compliance-driven procurement. * A structured sales methodology (MEDDIC, Challenger, Command of the Message). WHAT YOU GET * Competitive fixed plus capped incentive. * Direct line to the founders, no layers. * Ownership of marquee BFSI logos from the front. * A category that is being created right now, with you in it.
