All open roles GTM and Revenue SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (BFSI) On-site, Bengaluru Full-time 1+ years 3 openings Applications opening soon ABOUT THE ROLE You own the top of the funnel. You'll cold call and email your way into banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and insurers across India, get past the gatekeeper, qualify the pain, and book meetings that convert. This is a phone-first, outbound role centred on lead generation and lead qualification: you open conversations, qualify the pain, and hand off sales-ready leads. You'll be the first person many BFSI leaders meet from RevRag AI, and the engine that feeds our AEs and founders qualified pipeline. This is the launchpad for a sales career at RevRag AI: master outbound into the hardest buyers in the market, and grow into an Account Executive seat. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Build target account lists across India BFSI and own outbound into them. * Cold call, cold email, and LinkedIn: sequenced, high volume, and high quality. * Own lead generation: source and open new opportunities through outbound calling, email, and LinkedIn, with disciplined, structured follow-up. * Get past gatekeepers and open conversations with senior BFSI stakeholders. * Research accounts and personalise outreach around real BFSI use cases and pain. * Qualify leads on use case, pain, and budget before handing to an AE or founder. * Book qualified meetings that convert to pipeline. * Run tight, structured follow-up sequences across channels. * Feed the market back to us: objections, competitors, and what is landing. * Keep CRM hygiene tight enough that pipeline forecasts mean something. * Hit and exceed weekly and monthly activity and meeting targets. EXPERIENCE * 1+ years in B2B sales, business development, or outbound with a real quota. * Experience in or a strong understanding of the BFSI domain (banks, NBFCs, fintechs, or insurers). We are specifically looking for people from the BFSI space. * Demonstrated outbound results in lead generation and qualification (meetings booked, pipeline sourced). * Experience with outbound cold calling. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES * Proven cold-calling ability: you know your connect and conversion rates without checking. * Strong written outreach: crisp, personalised, and high-response. * Comfortable holding a conversation with senior BFSI stakeholders. * Resilient, coachable, and energised by a high-volume, phone-first day. * Organised with CRM and sequencing tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator). * Fluent English and Hindi. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR You're a great fit if you: * Love the phone and don't flinch at a cold dial. * Are relentless and treat rejection as data, not defeat. * Are curious about BFSI and can learn a buyer's world fast. * Are coachable and want to grow into a closing role. * Bring energy and consistency, day after day. SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE You'll be successful if you: * Consistently hit or beat booked-meeting and qualified-pipeline targets. * Build clean, well-researched account lists that AEs want to work. * Develop sharp qualification instincts that protect AE and founder time. * Earn a reputation as the person who can get any door open. * Grow toward an Account Executive seat. BONUS POINTS Experience with any of the following will be highly valued: * Selling into Indian banks, NBFCs, fintechs, or insurers. * Selling enterprise AI or SaaS solutions. * Familiarity with outbound tooling and sequencing. * Early-stage or startup sales experience. WHAT YOU GET * Competitive fixed plus capped incentive. * Direct line to the founders, no layers. * A clear path from SDR to AE for top performers. * A category that is being created right now, with you in it.
