ABOUT THE TEAM + ROLE We are building an elite team, applying frontier technologies to the world's biggest financial problems. We're looking for bold thinkers. Sharp problem-solvers. Builders who are wired to make an impact. Robinhood isn't a place for complacency, it's where ambitious people do the best work of their careers. We're a high-performing, fast-moving team with ethics at the center of everything we do. Expectations are high, and so are the rewards.  What if fans could be more than spectators? At Robinhood, we're building exactly that. The Prediction Markets team is creating an entirely new asset class — one that lets customers engage with real-world events in dynamic, meaningful ways. This is one of the fastest-growing, most strategically important areas of the business, and the team is moving fast. As Senior Product Designer for Sports, you'll own end-to-end design for the sports vertical within Prediction Markets — from early concept through live launch. You'll shape how fans experience sports trading flows, amplifier events, and engagement features tied to the biggest moments in sports. It's zero-to-one work with executive visibility, real stakes, and an audience that's genuinely excited about what you're building. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and operations partners — navigating ambiguity, moving with speed, and delivering experiences that connect sports culture with a new category of financial product. If you love the energy of game day and want to build something that's never existed before, this is the role for you. This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA and New York, NY offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. At Robinhood, we believe in the power of in-person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community. Our office experience is intentional, energizing, and designed to fully support high-performing teams. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Own end-to-end design for the Sports vertical within Prediction Markets — from early concept through launch — taking full accountability for the quality and impact of every experience you ship. * Design sports trading flows, engagement features, and amplifier events tied to the biggest moments in sports, translating complex financial mechanics into experiences that feel intuitive and exciting for fans. * Partner with product managers, engineers, and operations teams to define the right problems and drive high-priority initiatives from idea to production. * Turn ambiguous, first-of-its-kind challenges into clear, elegant product experiences — bringing structure to spaces where the playbook doesn't exist yet. * Incorporate feedback from senior leadership and stakeholders thoughtfully, iterating quickly without losing quality or vision. WHAT YOU BRING * 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio that demonstrates both visual craft and end-to-end product thinking. * Proven experience designing and launching new or early-stage products — you're comfortable with zero-to-one and know how to drive work forward without a fully defined path. * The ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments, synthesize feedback from multiple stakeholders, and make confident design decisions. * Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — you work well with product, engineering, and operations partners and know how to align diverse perspectives toward a shared outcome. * Proficiency in Figma and openness to integrating AI tools into your design workflow. * A genuine love for sports — whether you track stats, follow teams, or just live for the energy of game day. No formal sports design experience required; an appreciation for the fan experience is what matters. WHAT WE OFFER * Challenging, high-impact work to grow your career * Performance driven compensation with multipliers for outsized impact, bonus programs, equity ownership, and 401(k) matching * Top Tier benefits to fuel your work, including 100% paid health insurance for employees with 90% coverage for dependents * Access to the Robinhood Employee Fund that gives eligible US employees the opportunity to invest in a private employee fund that provides exposure to Robinhood Ventures funds. * Access to the best AI tools on the market and continuous AI skill-building for every employee, technical or not. * Lifestyle wallet - a highly flexible benefits spending account for wellness, learning, and more * Employer-paid life & disability insurance, fertility benefits, and mental health benefits * Time off to recharge including company holidays, paid time off, sick time, parental leave, and more! * Exceptional office experience with catered meals, events, and comfortable workspaces.
