Roles and Responsibilities: -   * Warehouse process knowledge (Inbound, outbound, Inventory management, reverse logistics) *  Stock audit & reduce shrink * Manpower management * Driving process on ground ensuring quality & efficiency * Coordination with multiple stakeholders for driving overall operations * Planning & managing reverse logistics * Plan and identify root causes of inventory deviation through cause-and-effect analysis. * Drive productivity and improve cost efficiency * FEFO & FIFO Management * Coordination with Dark Store operations team for smooth material movement.
