Job Description: ● Own a defined geographic territory: build strong and successful relationships with the assigned restaurant partners ● Field-intensive engagement: Conduct in-person visits, walking restaurants through product demos, ROI analysis, and present how working with Swiggy is a mutually beneficial relationship ● Consultative selling: Diagnose restaurant needs through questions about their current channels, delivery logistics, marketing spend, and business goals. Position Swiggy’s products as solutions, not features ● Relationship management: Manage the full lifecycle each month, pitching, negotiation, activation, and ongoing support to the restaurant partner ● Data-driven problem solving: Track adoption metrics, identify why restaurants aren't growing, troubleshoot issues, and course-correct ● Revenue responsibility: Own targets within your territory; track your own pipeline and conversion rates ● Excel mastery: all the data related to your day-to-day work will be on the city and central trackers, so you must have advanced knowledge of Excel/Google sheet/WSP ● Market research: Stay updated on restaurant trends, competitive landscape, and local market dynamics.
