Digital Transformation Advisor | Record-to-Report (R2R) | Enterprise This role is a cornerstone of our growth strategy, tasked with accelerating revenue through both elite-level new logo acquisition and the strategic expansion of our global enterprise footprint. As a subject matter expert in R2R and Financial Close automation, you will serve as a bridge between technical innovation and executive vision. We are looking for high-velocity professionals who embody our core pillars-Hungry, Humble, and High IQ-and possess a relentless "boots-on-the-ground" mentality, traveling 50%+ to command the room with prospects, clients, and internal leadership. ABOUT THE ROLE: * Strategic Title & Scope: Serve as a Digital Transformation Advisor – R2R Enterprise, responsible primarily for driving net-new logo acquisition, performing ROI assessments, closing complex enterprise deals, and capturing expansion opportunities with our existing O2C customer base. * C-Suite Client Advisory: Act as the primary R2R subject matter expert and trusted advisor to CFOs, Controllers, and Global Process Owners, facilitating enterprise-grade financial transformations. * Direct Product Influence: Partner with internal Product and Engineering leadership to translate market and prospect insights into the platform's core roadmap. * Practice Leadership & Mentorship: Lead high-stakes enterprise sales cycles by driving discovery sessions and value engineering across complex ERP landscapes (SAP, Oracle Cloud, NetSuite, Workday). * Executive Visibility (CEO-2 Level): Engage directly with senior leadership to drive high-velocity, strategic positioning for the Office of the CFO REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS: * Sales / Deal Execution: Proven track record of managing enterprise deal cycles or driving high-value SaaS/ERP solutions with Fortune 1000 clients. * Financial & Systems Acumen: Strong understanding of corporate accounting concepts and hands-on familiarity with financial modules in major ERPs (SAP, Oracle Cloud, NetSuite, Workday, etc.). * Consulting & Presentation Skills: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and solution design skills. Highly capable of presenting to and facilitating strategy sessions with senior CFO/Controller executive groups. * Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel on-site (50%+) to facilitate discovery sessions, present business cases, and win enterprise business. * Cultural Fit: Must demonstrate Hungry (pace/drive), Humble (radical coachability), and High IQ (strategic problem-solving) traits.
