You must possess the business acumen to negotiate with client managers, focusing resources on the 20% of changes that drive 80% of the impact. * Roadmap Alignment: Prevent "scope creep" by aligning client desires with the core product vision, ensuring scalability over customization. * Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management * Orchestration: Stakeholder management of internal resources across Product, Engineering, and Consulting to solve high-impact escalations. * Task Force Leadership: When a critical issue arises, you lead the war room.
