This role goes beyond filling positions. You'll find and bring in exceptional leaders who drive transformation, innovation, and business growth. You'll work closely with business heads and hiring managers as a trusted talent advisor. Key Responsibilities - Drive end-to-end recruitment for senior and leadership roles, from understanding the requirement through offer and onboarding. - Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand strategic hiring needs and define success profiles for each role. - Lead talent mapping, market intelligence, and competitor talent research to build strong leadership pipelines. - Find and engage high-caliber professionals through LinkedIn, headhunting, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels. - Run structured interview and assessment processes for leadership candidates. - Manage senior stakeholder relationships and give candidates a confidential, high-quality experience. - Handle compensation discussions, offer negotiations, and closures for critical mandates. - Track hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance, and pipeline health, and share insights with stakeholders. - Deliver high-quality hiring outcomes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Requirements - 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with exposure to leadership or executive hiring. - Strong headhunting, sourcing, talent mapping, and stakeholder management skills. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. - Proven ability to engage senior professionals and close critical hiring mandates. - Working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems. Preferred Background Experience with executive search or leadership hiring firms, AI-led companies, or IT services and technology recruitment.
