Advertising Sales Manager: We are hiring for the role of Advertising Sales Manager for FMCG, Consumer Internet, Gaming verticals. The responsibilities would be as follows: -Own ad revenue for assigned accounts / verticals vs monthly & quarterly targets. -Build pipeline of media briefs; win rate on pitches, proposals & RFPs. -Drive account retention, expansion & upsell / cross-sell. -Present Paytm Ads to CXOs, media heads, brand managers & agencies. -Deliver campaigns to agreed client KPIs (reach, engagement, ROAS / performance). -Recommend & adapt Paytm Ads solutions to client needs. -Lead cross-functional initiatives for innovative ad solutions. -Feed performance & CX insights to Product for platform improvement.
