What changed recently

All 11 listed roles fall in the latest month, so the available postings do not show a change from an earlier twelve-month pattern. The clearest additions are a cluster of AI-named creative roles in Content & Operations and a sales lead dedicated to Micro Drama; most postings provide little detail about the work.

Building an AI-labelled creative-content capability

1m 53m 56m 51y 5

ShareChat has posted roles for an AI Screenplay Writer, AI Video Editor, AI Sound Designer, AI Animator, and AI Creative Director, all within Content & Operations. The titles point to AI-related creative production, but the postings do not explain the tools, workflow, audience, or whether these roles build technology or use it in content production.

Five AI-named creative roles are grouped in Content & Operations.
The postings provide no concrete duties or named products, so the intended workflow is unclear.

Covering Tamil-language business development and CPG clients

1m 23m 26m 21y 2

ShareChat has a Tamil-language business-development sales consultant role and an Associate Director role for CPG clients. These postings point to commercial attention to a language market and a customer vertical, but provide too little detail to tell whether this reflects new market entry, account coverage, or a broader sales push.

One role explicitly names Tamil in its business-development remit.
A separate director-level role names CPG clients, but its posting does not describe the work.

Selling Micro Drama offerings

1m 13m 16m 11y 1

An Associate Director role is specifically tasked with leading sales for the Micro Drama business and selling its offerings. That is a focused commercial role, though the posting does not identify customers, distribution channels, or the team it will lead.

The role names Micro Drama as its product area and explicitly assigns sales leadership.

Questions to ask in a coffee chat

What work will the AI Screenplay Writer, Video Editor, Sound Designer, and Animator own, and how do those roles connect to the existing content teams?
What kinds of customers or channels is the Micro Drama sales team focused on, and how does its work differ from other sales teams?
How do the Tamil business-development role and the CPG client role fit into ShareChat’s broader commercial coverage?
What does the Hindi and Punjabi content-moderation work involve, and how does it coordinate with the content-production teams?

What this can't tell you

Most postings are sparse, so role titles provide more signal than descriptions of responsibilities, products, or customers.
The postings do not establish whether AI-named creative roles are building AI tools, using them in production, or both.
No locations are specified, so these roles do not support an inference about geographic expansion.
