Today, Sprinklr has a unified, AI-native platform for four product suites: Sprinklr Service, Sprinklr Social, Sprinklr Marketing, and Sprinklr Insights. That means that everything — and everyone — can work together to service, respond, sell, and market to customers on the channels they prefer.
